Punnet De-nester

If de-nestable punnets/tills are available the Gamechanger can accommodate a punnet de-nester. Picking rates can be increased when a de-nester is used (about 5-7kgs per hour), but this advantage is reduced if the packaging size is increased.

Different sizes of punnets/tills require different sizes of de-nesters which are available.

Punnets/tills that can be used in a de-nester need to have even spacing between each punnet to allow the splitting mechanism to work and the spacing should be around 1.5mm.

To change from a punnet slide to a De-nester only requires 2 minutes and selecting an option on the software.
