We can double mushroom picking rates for individual mushroom pickers as well as improved presentation in the punnet with zero waste on the floor.
We find for new pickers we can reduce training time dramatically and they can even become a top picker quickly. The accurate stalk cutting and crop grazing produces additional yield and it is very important as it is “free money” and often you are paying to dump it. Double cutting stalks is an option if you can develop a market for the extra stalks for soups, burgers, etc. for even more yield.
