Gamechanger Accessories
We have a range of Gamechanger Accessories which compliment our Gamechanger Products. These accessories will enhance efficiency, staff productivity and overall yield.
1) Battery Modules
Each battery module comes with 2 x 12 Volt 60AH AGM batteries connected to provide 24 Volts. These are on a wheeled battery module that can be connected to the Articulated Floor Supported Lift either individually or as in 2s. One set of batteries can be charged while another set are being used. One set of batteries can run the Gamechanger and Lift for 8 to 10 hours depending on full charge, but it is not advisable to run batteries down to the point of exhaustion. Spare battery sets are always a good idea.

2) Double Battery Attachment Module
Battery Modules can be joined together in parallel to provide additional power and extended running time. There is an extension bracket that will convert the single connection point to a double connection point as well as a special battery connection cable that will allow the 2 batteries to be connected to the Lift. The batteries can be hot-swapped while the machine and lift is running. Additional battery modules would be required if running with 2 sets of batteries.

3) Tray Roller System
The Tray Roller system was designed to make it easier to remove full trays from the Floor Supported Lift. Rather than having to lift trays from the base of the Floor Supported Lift you can now simply roll them onto another device for transportation to the farms Cold Store, keeping the trays off the floor where the chance of cross contamination is higher.
The system can cater for all standard tray dimensions.

4) Charging Station
The battery charging station has been designed to be able to fit into a narrow aisle or could be connected inside the growing room or in the corridor to reduce the distance needed to move the batteries when in use. The charging station will cater for 6 individual battery chargers and each can be switched on individually.

5) Machine Hoist
The Hydraulic Machine Hoist allows us to easily lift the Gamechanger out of the lift onto the trolley or from the trolley onto the Lift. With a few pumps we can lift the arm. It can be quickly disassembled for easy transportation.

5) Articulated Floor Lift – Hoist
The Hydraulic Articulated Floor Supported Lift Hoist allows us to raise the lift up to insert a trolley underneath the Articulated Floor Supported lift for easier transport.

6) Belt Cleaner
The Belt Cleaner is a powered device that is used to clean the mushroom belt while it is rotating round the Gamechanger Harvesting Arm. The brushes whilst counter rotating are fed from a small water reservoir to aid the cleaning process.

7) Manual Stalk Slide Cutter
Manually Slide the mushroom stalk over the height adjustable blade to cut your stalks to the required length.
While the Gamechanger cuts stalks automatically to a required length this accessory allows you to quickly cut oversized or loose mushrooms.

8) Forklift attachment for transporting the Articulated Lift & Gamechanger
Our Floor Supported Articulated Lift can now be easily transported using our new forklift attachment.
The lift together with the Gamechanger can be driven onto the attachment and lifted into place using a forklift.

9) Cups and Suckers
We provide a range of replacement cups and suckers.
Cups come in 3 different sizes for small, medium and large mushrooms and all 3 fit easily to our belts.
