Delivering Results – Moveability
The Gamechangers and Floor Supported Articulated Lift are easily moved from harvesting room to harvesting room.
This has been made possible due to the following:
a) The lift can be driven from room to room with the Gamechangers lowered in the lift to ensure stability during movement. The speed can be varied depending on the distance.
b) For longer distances between rooms, we can use the forklift to quickly transport the Lift and Gamechanger to another part of the farm.
c) We can use a pressure washer to wash off the Lifts before moving the Lifts into the new room to remove dirt and prevent any spread of disease.
d) We have used a small mobile airline to quickly blow off any dirt from the Gamechangers prior to a light wipe down.
e) We also lightly spray the Gamechangers with Quick Drying Nutrisoap, an ethanol-based solution that kills harmful spores and evaporates quickly.

f) The Gamechangers range of products are modular in design. A forklift can be used to lift the Gamechangers off the Articulated Lift or we can use our bespoke hydraulic lift which is similar to a common engine lift.
g) The Articulated Lift is designed to be used even when there is constricted access to the picking aisle. These restricted access aisles would normally be on the outer edge of the harvesting rooms.
h) Batteries can be detached to shorten the length of the lifts and to make the lifts more manoeuvrable.
i) There is a detachable steering module for the lifts that can be clipped on and will allow us to manoeuvre the lift system left and right.
j) The actual Lifts height (how far off the ground) can be easily adjusted front and back to ensure that the lift doesn’t ground on uneven surfaces or when coming out of a room and down a slope.
k) A 5-level lift will pass through a normal height, 7ft high door without any problems.
The product has been designed so 1 person can in most cases move the lift from one room to another with ease. Cleaning is easy and changing batteries is easy and the lift has adequate space for pickers to harvest, as well as space for a significant number of full and empty trays with additional shelf space for accessories like punnets and gloves.
The Gamechanger is the only viable harvesting solution for existing mushroom farms.
