We have some picking options for the mushroom producer.
The Gamechanger Punnet is solely used for filling punnets, whereas the Gamechanger Pro will work with punnets, trays, boxes and punnets arranged inside trays.
The unique software developed for the Gamechanger range of products provides Adaptability & Flexibility by enabling us to quickly adapt and change to the configuration required for different mushroom sizes, containers, stalk lengths, etc.
The Gamechanger Pro is not really 1 machine, but numerous machines rolled into 1 machine with various adaptable mechanical features that can be moved to accommodate different containers. The software allows us to select the preferred Pick and Place layouts for the desired choice and how the machine will operate.
The Gamechanger will operate on all the shelving levels, from the bottom to the top. It will operate on 1 or more 24 volt battery, which can be swapped live and charged even while the Gamechanger is still operating.
We can operate with boxes, trays, arranged punnets in trays or single punnets with the addition of the Gamechanger Punnet Slide.
The Lift has been tested and will operate in harvesting rooms with very slippery floors.
The picking data is collected on the Gamechanger but can be downloaded via Bluetooth to an Android phone or it can be loaded via wireless to a central data source. This allows us to measure what we do, make decisions based on results and thus further improve performance.
The Gamechanger range of products are the most adaptable and are the only viable harvesting solution for existing mushroom farms. The Gamechangers can outperform other more expensive systems that require planned, high risk investments with the huge expense of millions spread over years.
