Further Improvements

a)   Pre-lift option – button switches on option allowing machine to lift mushrooms as the trays are being inserted.
b)   Oversize mushrooms – a additional software selection to allow machine to operate with bigger mushrooms placed in every other cup normally for the first pass on the mushroom bed. Now working on all tray layouts.
c)   Wider trays – can now handle trays that are 400mm wide with all punnet layouts commonly used in such trays.
d)   Improved stalk cutting – This allows better X / Y adjustment to allow precision levelling of cut, prevents movement on the belt and stalk waste now dropping more in middle of bin.
e)   Pickup precision – We have improved precision of calculating the number of mushrooms to be picked up when finalising weights, thus improving speed and weighing precision.
f)   Cleaning system – changed to accommodate wider trays.
g)   Reduced movement – dramatically reduced movement of mushrooms in the cups when belt is travelling fast.
h)   Weighing improvements – Eliminated possibility of dirt getting on weighing module.
i)   Personnel Lift – Additional module which improves smoothness of the up and down operation.
j)   Cable management – Improved cable management and positioning for lifts.
k)   End Extensions – now working for end of shelves.
