Single Punnet Slide Denester with the Gamechanger Pro

One of the many options that the Gamechanger Pro offers is single punnet placement.
We can cater for multiple punnet configurations within trays but the single punnet is just as effective.
The Single Punnet Slide Denester denests the punnets one by one from the top feeder. The slide denester is controlled by the software so that when one punnet is ejected another new empty punnet quickly replaces it on the weigh scale. When the punnet is moved into positon on the weigh scale the software moves the punnet into the perfect position so that when the mushrooms are placed they are done so perfectly in the centre of the punnet.

The Gamechanger has 3 different slide denesters which are quickly interchangeable. They can cater for multiple different types of single punnets, long punnets, short punnets, plastic punnets and cardboard punnets. We believe we have the ability to include any shape, size or material of punnet.
