Cutting Stalks with the Mushroom Machine Gamechanger Pro
As part of the harvesting process using The Gamechanger Pro the machine cuts the stalks to a pre determined length.
When the stalk is cut it provides a clean straight cut whilst the mushroom is moving past. The cut requires minimal effort so the mushrooms placement within the cup is unaffected.

Every 1mm of Stalk equates to 1% of weight.
* Stalk length can be easily adjusted manually on the machine.
* Accurately cut stalks helps improve presentation within the punnet.
* Accurately cut stalks improves weight.

Weight in the punnet can be lost by;
* Stalks cut too short.
* Stalks cut at an angle.

Correctly cut stalks may mean you actually have less mushrooms in your punnets to make weight.
