It follows more than 7 years Research & Development and the production of numerous prototypes. It combines increasing mushroom harvesting performance (double picking rates), trimming the stalk at the correct specified length, de-nesting the punnets, placing the mushrooms in the punnets, accurately weighing the product, capturing the data and ejecting the punnets.

This is all done in a battery powered unit, requiring no infrastructural changes in the mushroom houses and all in a compact, mobile, useable and affordable package.
With the development of the Gamechanger Pro we can accommodate harvesting into Boxes and large trays as well as punnets. The dimensions of the Gamechanger Pro are basically similar to the Gamechanger and will still fit easily into existing infrastructure. This version can lift even 5 medium mushrooms at a time when it is filling into larger packaging. This dramatically increases speed.

All functions of the Gamechanger Pro can be controlled from the front of the machine. We have an accessible 7” touch screen computer interface and we can load the mushrooms, load punnets/trays/boxes and remove full packaging from the same position.
